 Mahendra Singh Dhoni's leadership qualities, and said the veteran stumper's willy captaincy was one of the key reasons behind the team's third title triumph in the Indian Premier League

It was Dhoni impact. It is very important. Dhoni does have a very strong influence and impact on players. MS's (Dhoni) belief and confidence in a strong role for a player works for us. He has a strong ability to bring the best out of players. Rayudu is a great example, being in and out of the team

It is a great dynamic. It is about using the strength of a remarkable captain, with a strong franchise, with a good game plan.MSD was named the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) captain in the IPL by the Star Sports jury, on their flagship show Cricket Connected. Captain Cool, who has a staggering win percentage of 60.11, pipped Rohit Sharma, who led Mumbai Indians to a record four titles.

Dhoni showed why he is best in the business by claiming another IPL title in 2018 with his captaincy skills and selecting the right players to pick in a particular match and back the players to do good like Shane Watson who delivered big in the final against SRH scoring match winning century. 


These type of small tactical things mark captain in to admirable leaders. And Ms DHONI is one kind of it. Groomed future players like Deepak chahar,Shardul Thakur and backed them to do good and they didn't dissapoint him. And the way he captained his side is really admirable.

All in all Ms DHONI's tactical and minor decisions really helped CSK to grab their 3rd IPL title. Nothing more to say anything for Dhoni's captaincy skills  SIMPLY HE IS THE BEST.
